Well, dear readers, another year has come and gone. Today I celebrate four years of marriage to that boy right there. <—- Yes, the one in the tux and un-brushed hair. He’s a mess of contradictions like that.
I want to thank Sean for being one of the best husbands a writer could hope to have. He was the one who forced me to apply for a job at Tate Publishing. He introduced me to Aaron Pogue and the Consortium (after, of course, very genially introducing himself). He encourages me to write and listens to me when I talk (with my hands) in the car about my plot problems. He even sometimes reads my stories (after much nagging)! I don’t tell him enough how much I appreciate him. So, Sean, I appreciate you! Thanks for still being married to me! Now would be a good time to show how much you appreciate me by buying me a pet jaguar. Or another dog. Or a pony. Or a lasagne.
Happy Anniversary, late! ; )
